Original Strength Performance

Original Strength Performance

Elevating athletic performance—whether on the field or in the weight room—extends far beyond physical development. As physical capabilities improve, mental performance rises alongside them, because our physical abilities are deeply interconnected with our thoughts and emotions. Ultimately, physical performance strongly correlates with success in life.
When individuals move efficiently and reach a level of physical performance that yields athletic success or fulfillment in training, they are far more likely to experience that same joy and success across all areas of life. Learning to restore and enhance the body through purposeful movement and focus instills a crucial key to achievement: confidence. Confidence cultivated through physical mastery naturally extends into academics, the workplace, and the home.

While this course focuses on advancing performance for both you and your athletes, its ultimate mission reaches further. By empowering athletes to realize their full potential both on and off the field, we equip them to uplift and enrich their broader communities.

Improving athletic performance in the arena of sport, or in the weight room, is much more than physical improvement. If one’s physical performance increases, so does one’s mental performance. Our ability to perform well physically is tied to our thoughts and emotions. Arguably, physical performance is greatly correlated with performance in life.

Moving well and achieving athletic success or joy in training builds confidence—a key to success that extends to school, work, and home.

This course aims to enhance performance for you and your athletes, ultimately strengthening communities by empowering athletes to excel on and off the field.
